Question for The Sims 2: Castaway
On the second island how do you get past the stone door in the dark cave? And also in the plains next to the east beach there is another place to go but it looks like quicksand in front of it - how do I get around it?

To get into the room in the dark cave, you have to get onto the 3rd island, open the temple near the gyser plains (you need to collect all of the hyroglyphic pieces first, and then use a crafting bench to put it all together then inspect the door to the temple) and then get the crown which is behind the two thrones, you use this to open it.
(Hint: also fix the forge in there) Go back, inspect the door in the cave and then your sim should open it via the crown.
Once your through the door, you follow it round and then you come to the plains near the east beach, inspect the big black thing thats there and it will fall off, creating a path. Hope it helps.
