Where do you get the cheat gnome and how do you use it??

to get the gnome,u use the combination they give u,then u find it in most maps in the island ur at.and there r some other codes like: all the food and resources,all the relationships ...

I can't find the cheat gnome either but someone said it's at the edge of deep ungle on the first island

Theres a cheat gnome in each area of every island. The one on first beach is to the left of th deep jungle entrance in some bushes by a coconut tree.
