I was told that in order to get a shower you needed to build a cabin so I built an irregular cabin and still no shower, I have to keep going to the beach area and jump in the water to get clean. What do I have to do in order to build a shower?

If you are hard doing it just go to the sea or ocean and your hygiene will increase...

Try building a cabin chair or two. Also I built my cabin from scratch, not the pre-made plan. It should unlock the shower and outhouse plans.
