You go into the Shadow Realm alot...exactly what part in the Shadow Realm? Where were you before you went into the Shadow Realm?

You have to go to the right and follow the path. Figure out what to do and you will eventually find a sol (a glowing orb). Use your sword to knock it out of the hand and pick it up. Now run across the room and get out before the hand gets you. When you get out, you put it in a hole on the floor and go to the left sol from over there. Hopefully you can figure out what to do from here.
