How do you swim to the surface with the zora suit on? I am constantly switching to his regular suit to surface?

Push the control stick to the bottom and hit A, this will make Link swim upwards - likewise push the control stick to the top and hit A to make him swim deeper...

You must press down and spam A to get to the surface but I find it easier to just put the hero tunic on...
