I'm at the the goron mines and when I try ad get the hylin shield in malo mart it always says "I's Locked..." plz help me

Its night time, correct? Go to Hyrule field and waist some time until the sun comes up (the sun wont rise if you stay in the village).

You cannot buy a Hylian shield until after you complete the Goron Mines.

Just go back to Hyrule field, wait until day time, and then go back to the store. It is only open during the day.
