I take it you mean the final fight?, he has no weakpoint you just have to try and get a few good hits in every now and again, back slice and helm splitter are the best ways to do this.

Occasionally Ganondorf will charge at you. Keep a lock on him and press A when it flashes up "chance". You and Ganondorf will lock swords with each other. Hammer the A button to overpower him and stun him for a moment. Use this to attack him for a few seconds. Repeat this a few times and you'll knock him to the ground. Do a finishing blow and you're done. You have to do the finishing blow or he will just get back up and resume as normal.

There are 4 stages of ganondorf here they are.
Stage 1 Zelda: Ganondorf will possess Zelda (DAMN HIM, CHEAPSKATE!). Just dodge his attacks. With the exception of the energy attack. When he's about to fire it do a lot of backflips to give you more time to get the timing right. Whenit'sabout to hit you swing your sword. You will knock it back. This will become a little annoying because he will knock it back many times. Just keep it up and eventually he'll fumble.
Stage 2 Beast vs Beast: Ganondorf will turn into a giant boar. Use link and when he charges you shoot his forehead with your bow. He'll charge at you then disappear into a portal before this happens. Many portals will appear... Keep an eye on them. One will turn blue he will lauch out of that one. This is your chanceto hit him. Eventually it won't work. Change to wolf form and When he charges at you stand your ground. Wait until he's about to hit you then press "A" Midna will grab him then hit < or > on your joystick and you will throw him to the side. This will expose his underbelly. Attack it.
Stage 3 Horseback Archer: At this point Zelda will recieve light arrows. Just keep up with ganondorf and target him Zelda will stun him with an arrow. When he's stunned just hit him.
Stage 4: Unlike the submissions stated before do this instead. Take out you bobber fishing rod. This will be quite humourous. Cast your fishing rod but don't let it touch the ground. Ganondorf will stare at it, so wave it back and forth and enjoy yourself. NOW SWING YOUR SWORD WHILE HE IS DISTRACTED!!! This is an easy way too get 3 swings on him. Repeat unti he's dead.
