Magic Armor-can 1st 1,000 be split up and paid at different tim
I have the 600 wallet and it is full, and I wondered if I could pay the Goron 600 now and then the 400 later

Unfortunately you can't pay separately :( you have to get the giants wallet that carries 1000+ rupees. But you can get the giants wallet by collecting all the bugs around hyrule and giving them all to agitha the bug princess in hyrule. Hope this helps!
