How do I get past the part to climb up? I need to defeat the sp
I have to follow the monkey up vines onto a surface but their are spiders I have to defeat on the vines first. It doesn't let you pull out your sword or fight while climbing so please tell me how you guys get past the spiders! Thank you!

These small spiders are walltulas. Use your slingshot to shoot them and kill them. You buy the slingshot in Ordon Village, in Sera's Sundries shop (one with pink roof).
Later on, you can use your boomerang to kill them.
