I don't quite understand you but I will try my best to answer your question. To defeat this boss, first equip the Zora Tunic and the Iron Boots. Once you reach the sea-bottom and watch that cutscene, take out your Claw-Shot and grab the eyeball hiding in the tentacles. Make sure you Z target or you'll never grab it. Now just take out your sword and slash it one or two times. It will go back in and you will have to repeat this one or two more times. If the tentacles try to grab you, simply take out your sword and perform a spin-attack. Once the eye has been slashed three times, the boss will come out of the floor and reveal it's true form: a gigantic eel. Take off your Iron Boots and swim to it's head. Z target your claw-shot to the eye and slash it with your sword. Swim away and repeat what I just said in the last two sentences two more times before performing a ending blow to finish this boss once and for all.

Again, like I said, I don't really understand you so here is the guide for the mini-boss. When he drops those eggs wich reveal tadpoles, kill them all with your sword. The toad will get mad and jump on you; when you see his shadow, avoid it and face his face. He'll be stunned and now you can slash his tongue before repeating what I just told you. Or if you get lucky, throw a water bomb to stun him again to slash his tongue again with your sword. You have to slash it's tongue three times before it dies, revealing the dungeon item called the ClawShot. This item is like a grappling hook and lets you climb on to many surfaces, grab far away enemies and items, and travel over wide gaps by latching on to PeaHats.
