You need to specify what Dungeon, there are many.
Assuming you mean the chest in the one early room in the Forest Temple, then simply aim your Gale Boomerang at the web that is holding the chest.

From mini-boss. Follow 1st monkey to see bridge destroyed. Return to main room. Go to west room, go left, cross platforms and enter door in front. Go north until you get small key. Return to room with platforms and use small key. Free 2nd monkey with roll attack. Return to main room and enter east room. Up stairs, use exploding bug to kill like like down gap. Grab another exploding bug, jump gap and throw it at boulder in front. Enter door, roll attack totem to get small key, cross tiles, light torches and free 3rd monkey. Return to previous room, turn left, kill walltulas on vines, jump on and climb, enter door at top. Kill large monster with sword, then exploding bug at back of room. Free last monkey. Return to main room, go north, and cross to fight mini-boss.

Get the boomerang from the mini boss fight and use it on the wind catchers in the order they appear on the floor
