If you are trying to find hot spring water for the Goron who is laying on the ground then all you have to do is donate a bunch of rupees to malo mart to fix the bridge then talk to the Goron Elder in front of malo mart and he will tell you to check on his young one in the castle town. So DO go check on his young one and simply talk to the Goron. After that go back and talk to the elder again and he will give you a big barrel of hot spring water so you can take it to the Goron. This quest will also give you a heart piece.
