Question for The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

I'm stuck in zoras domain area and don't know how to turn the wolf back to zelda please help n also where do I find the 5 tear drops

You mean go from Link to wolf? If you were forced to change you can't change back until you beat the area. You will find the tears inside bugs scattered around the area. At some point you'll see a plant which you can use to call the twilight bird thing. Fly on it and you'll be able to collect a lot of the bugs which have the Tears of Light. As a wolf you'll see the Tears as a green light if I'm not mistaken. Anyway it may take a few trys to get all the tears but a lot of them you get while flying. Hope this helps.
