Question for The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

Okay I am currently finished Arbithers Grounds I'm am now wondering where I can catch the Reek Fish. I've already got the earring bait and all but the thing is where do I go to catch it?

U have togo to the bottom were all the zoras are and swim to the other side were you will 2 rocks sticking out of the water between them is a pathe that lets you get out of the water stand were the path is starting an you will see fish.those are the reekfish.
