I passed the 2nd hidden skill Sheild attack, and I started the gorons mines and I went back and now I can't find it, can I leearn it, and if so where is it?

The path to the Goron City, where all the steam jets are.. In the area with all the little alcoves above you.. It should be on a raised platform there, in plain sight as you come up the path TO Goron City. Harder to spot coming FROM.
