Malo Mart Castle town
I am trying to buy the magic armor...I go to the center of town and talk to all the Gorgons on each level...but none are selling armor. Is that where the Malo Mart is located in Castle town?

You're in the wrong store.
From the fountain, look for a guy standing outside the store's door (he's the guy who previously wouldn't let you in if you had dirty shoes).

Don't forget that the guy in kakariko village mart will want another 200 rubees to buy the new mart in castle town.
