Im in goron mines and the saved the game but now when im trying
Im in goron mine I saved the game and when I went to play the next day I went all the way to the point I was before but it says I don't have the key anymore and I don't know what to do because all the other chests from before are opened I reached the part were you kill the two guys that are in front of the laser things and then when I chop the chords the door drops down and thats the door I can't open anymore

I think you mean the room where the two lazer shooting brick monsters are (dont blame me if I'm wrong) you have to go around climb up the side and cut the rope that is holding the door and it will drop down. If I have said the wrong thing you should check on the legend of zelda twilight princess walkthrough they are very helpful and specific
