how do you beat a poe
I just started this game and I ran into a poe but I don't know how to make him visible, inable to beat him, if you could tell me how that would be great.

You can only defeat Poes when in wolf form. Use your Senses to see them, then use basic attacks to get their Souls.
You can't do much about them until you can turn into the wolf at will, so just run past it.

You have to be in your wolf form, use the sense mode, and you will be able to attack the poe. Target it and jump attack it
