Have you got the fishing rod yet? If yes then catch a fish and give it to the cat. If you havent got the rod then climb the rock near the owner of the cat house and jump to the basket what is on the other side and take it to the lady aand she will give you the basket!

If you don't yet have the Fishing rod climb up the vines to the guy that tells you to talk to him using Z-targeting then jump to the hawk grass he shows you then jump to the roof then to another rock with more hawk grass use it aim it at the monkey down stream then you have the cradle take it to the pregnant lady she gives the Fishing rod.
Once you have the fishing rod go over by the cat and fish You will have to catch two fish for anything to happen then just follow the game from there

Right, so get the fishig rod like these two said then catch a fish on the port near the cat and it will start following you. Catch another one and it will nick it and run back to the house.

You must get the fishing rod like the others said. Catch a fish in the lake off the dock where the cat is standing. Catch another and keep your fishing rod out. The cat will follow you. Don't go too fast. Take the cat to the house with the lady looking for it.
