LET ME CORRECT MYSELF!!!
In my previous inquiry, I said the princess lost her memory, I meant Lia. As for the rep from the sky, I'm supposed to talk to someone (woman) but I don't know how to get to her... If you know what I'm talkin about please assist me. Thank you...

Ok well I think the woman you are talking about that you need to talk to about the sky is in a hidden village. To get there you are going to have to start by talking to Telma and then visit the Shaman. After visiting all of these they will give you intructions of where to go next. I'll let you figure it out so I don't ruin the game for you. Good luck!

You have to talk to telma ( owns a bar in castel town),and if that doesn't work than talk to shad in kakariko village.
