The Forth Monkey in Forest Temple
I have tried numerous times to throw a bomb over to the ledge to blow up the stone blocking the door to the fourth monkey,Nothing is working!I've tried throwing a bomb from the wooden bridge(the closest)and the one near the door to the Third monkey,Did'nt work.Then I tried throwing a bomb over and jumping over after it but I can't get over there fast enough to pick it up again and throw it up to the stone,Did'nt work.I've also tried picking up the bomb and jumping over to the ledge with it but the bomb never makes it over with me.Everyone makes it sound like this should have been done accidentally in the beginning while taking out the plants,Do I have to restart my game from the beginning?

No you don't have to restart your game. I think you need to get the boomerang first so then you can lock onto the bomb and then the rocks so the bomb will just run right into them and explode. If not I think you can use a bomb right by the rocks and you will just have to move as fast as you can and throw it when you get close. As long as you are close it should blow up the rocks. However it may hurt you too a little but it will still work. If this doesnt work just try to get the boomerang first. Good luck!

On the wooden floor you're on, one of those bomb bugs are behind you. Hit the bug and grab it quickly, run and jump over the ledge and throw the bug at the rock. It worked first try for me.
