After you go through lanayru gorge you will see the thunder dragon. Look around a little bit and you will see a small tree, take the tree and take it to the sealed temple, (the place where the old woman is)and go back in time with the gate of time in the room. Plant the tree in the place and go back to normal time. Take a fruit sprouting from the tree and take it back to the thunder dragon to cure his illness.
