Yes, Ganon is Demise's reincarnation...sorta. Do you recall how Demise was locked away in the Master Sword? Now recall in Ocarina of Time when you pull the Master Sword (already upgraded from Skyward Sword) from the pedistal. It is said that you have awakened a "great evil that had been slumbering". This is Demise's evil spirit taking over Ganondorf, unleashing a powerful beast; Ganon.

Yea he is. Partly cus he said that his reincarnation would always haunt Link and Zelda/ always cause trouble and never give Link a good vacation/ Always do something evil and get whacked by Link. And partly because if you look at their photos, they almost look exactly alike. 1. Orange hair. 2. They hate Link. 3.They want to get power. Bla bla bla..well you get it don't you?

Guest answered:

I don't think so. Don't you think that if ganondorf was demise's hatred, the next game in timeline would be Ocarina. Demise is the source of all monsters, so, for me, the hatred of demise is the cycle of which a villain bring hyrule into misery by using demise's monsters and if you look at the timeline, you will notice that the next game is minish cap, and ganondorf doesn't appear in that game.
