What do you mean by "edition?"

Do you mean Ocarina of Time (this game in the series), or this specific port (Wii version)?

If you mean Ocarina of Time as a part of the series, then yes. The Hover Boots ONLY appear in LoZ Ocarina of Time. They are absent from the other 15 games.

If you mean this specific port of Ocarina of Time, then of course. Why would they remove Hover Boots for this port? They are in the Gamecube ports, they are even in the newest port (3DS). The Hover Boots are even in the original game.

Actually, I didn't realize what game this was for. The answer is no, I will clarify in a new answer.

If by "edition" you mean the Wii port of the Legend of Zelda, then that doesn't matter. Every port of the original game has all of the exact same features as the original NES version did.

If by "edition" you mean this particular game in the series then no. Only Ocarina of Time has the Hover Boots. None of the other 15 games have the Hover Boots or any variation.
