Ok, I'm not exactly sure what you are asking, but just shoot your lightning at the first orb. Once you get the first one chaged, use dragon time to slow down how fast the platform sinks back beneath the acid. Once you land on it, charge the next orb to raise another platform. Leap to that one and then hurry and get on land again before your time runs out or it sinks again. I hope I helped.
