I have to find a vase for Rode so I can become a sniff master and I have to go to the Hoya Plains but I don't know how to get there. Can someone please tell me where the Hoya Plains are??

After accepting Rode's quest, Head to the far left of the screen. If you are going the right way you should pass a dog named Milan, (the one wearing a feather hat) if you continue on you will go through a gate, leading into the Hoya Plains.

As answered above, once you go through Hoya plains the sniff meter should be pink and faint paws should show, you then get to a point where you can't go any further and there is an elephant and a tree stump search the tree stump then you have to find elephant food place the food on the stump and the elephant will walk across do you can jump over but as I have not Played this in a while I think you. Might have to talk to this giraffe and you have to find her giraffe note and she let's you keep it so from then on girraffes can lift you up to higher places do this before and then get lifted up and cross over the elephant, good luck!
