MR.Saturn POWER UP function?
It said "pwaaaah pwaaaah" right? What is the function? PLEASE HELP?

When you throw it, it does minimal damage. However if you throw it while someone's shield is active, it will break it, making them dizzy so that you can attack them with a big attack.
