Crazy hand's signifiacance

I know why Master Hand is important to the series, since he is the creator of the world, or whatever. But what is Crazy hands purpose? Just to look cool and help out Master hand? He is also called "The sign of helpful destruction," (or something like that) as opposed to Master hand being the "Sign of Helpful creation." What is his purpose? I think we're better off without him

Well I my opinion it is just an add on to the previous story mode so gamers won't just say it's the same old same old. I think he is just there to make the game a tad harder and not that easy to beat. Now for all that "The sign of helpful destruction" stuff I'm not sure about but it might just be some little stuff designers added in to make it look like he is actually important. I althouh think he is a good addition to the Super Smash Bros. Series but then again that isyour opinion and I can't change that. So I think That his purpose is to look cool, help out master hand, and to rase the difficulty of the game a bit. Hope I answered your question.

I think hes just the left hand. But the "sign of helpful destruction" bit sounds to me like he helps by breaking stuff. Or killing. Somthing like that. Thats what I think. But that is a good question.

My therie is so it could have a twist in the game. To make the game a little bit harder. But thats just my opinion.

Crazy Hand was added to Super Smash to make Facing Master Hand much more difficult. His attacks are also different and more chaotic looking and he looks more...well..crazier in his "Stance". Some of his different attacks to Master Hand are, a strange Seizure where he withers on the stage, Dropping Bombs and a spider walk. He can also preform combination attacks with Master Hand.

As for the "The sign of helpful destruction" and "Sign of Helpful creation", I think it might refer to their playing styles in the game.

There was an unspoken plot behind the Smash Bros 64, as hard as it is to believe. They carried this somewhat over to Melee, but by Brawl, when there was a real story, they omitted it entirely, merely keeping the characters. In 64, the basic premise was that a child had action figures, and made them fight each other. Master hand was the representation of that child. In Melee, it's assumed that the Master Hand (whom we'll call Jimmy for now), had a smaller brother born between the time that both games were released. Jimmy's brother, Tommy (Crazy Hand), being young, didn't know better and was breaking Jimmy's toys during his temper tantrums. This was all forgotten in Brawl, but thats why Crazy hand started. Hope I helped.
