Rumours that Luigi and Captain Falcon have been confirmed are common, but unfortunately the Dojo site and Nintendo themselves are the only true sources you can rely on. So if they haven't confirmed the characters, then there's no gauruntee.

Young Link(artists confirmed from what I hear)
Krystal(Voice actress leaked it but we are not sure if she will be assist trophy or playable)
And in an interview luigi was conifirmed go to youtube and search "interview luigi in brawl"

I also found out that ness jigglypuff and lucario are in(Japanese movie) go to brawlcentral.com and go to the update for Jan 21 it will be proof there. Top pic shows jig pkm trainer pika and luc. Bottom pic shows ness and lucas
