Question for Super Paper Mario

How do you get past that part on 5-3 I think with the forest and I can't get past the part were you climb up with the switches of red and blue and I got to the end ang this big part is blocking my way.

When you reach the top Hit the Blue ! Block then fall almost all the way back down and enter a tan pipe on the left.
