I just lost Peach and Bowser fighting O'Chunks and Mimi, and I was wondering if they came back later. Could someone who already beat the game tell me?

They come back when you fight count bleck. By the way SPV999, hes not the final boss. Super dimentio is.
BTW after you beat dimentio with Luigi, you lose him too.

You lose Luigi when fighting Dimentio, too. However, they come back and help you beat Count Bleck. Then you have to use Mario Peach and Bowser to beat the real final boss: Super Dimentio. You cannot use Luigi against Super Dimentio because Dimentio combined him and the Chaos Heart and himself to create Super Dimentio.
Also, if you go back to the beginning of Castle Bleck, 8-1, you are able to go through everything without the characters you lost. You only need them for the first time around.
