Question for Super Paper Mario

Im on level 5-4 in super paper mario and I am stuck. I can't seem to figure out how to pass the board because I go into these double doors and mario is scanned and a big red "X" appears denying him entry. What do I need to do to gain entry?

Somewhere, I forgot where, you fight the boss O'Cabbage (he's O'Chunks, but the only difference is the sprout on his head). After you beat him, you get the sprout on his head. Wear it and Floro Cragniens and the Floro Sapiens will avoid you. So will the Cragnons. Then when you go to the scanner, it won't have an X! It'll have a...how do you type a check mark on this computer...you get the idea. Good luck!
