You mean after you beat the game, right?
Tippi's gone, and I think Natasia randomly appears in certain areas.
Nantasia is in Flopside on 3f and Tippi's gone for good. You can buy a replica of Tippi from Francis for 999 coins.
Neither of them are gone, and it it's nastasia, not nantasia. Anyway, you can find O'Chunks by the first Flipside Heart Pillar, so since things are mirrored in Flopside, you find Nastasia by the first Flopside Heart Pillar. You can buy a exact replica of Tippi dubbed Tiptron from Francis, but her tattle on Francis is a bit different (she states that Francis created her then says she'd Tippi and wasn't created by anyone) and her tattle on you doesn't give you a tip, she just says thanks and then says "At least, that's what I think she would say...".
