Blue Platform - Yold Desert

I am stuck, i get on the blue platform and press 1 at same time, but nothing happens, please help?!

you need to hold the minus(-) sign and the number one at the same time.

this answer is inconclusive to my question and i want to know how to get the blue lady because the button poportion is not the same so it is impossible to press both , so THANK U VERY MUCH { sarcasim }
