Tippi and the red cursor

I appear to have lost Tippi and the red cursor. When I point the controller at the screen, nothing appears. It seems the pointer doesnt work at all. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Are you in any of the following places?

1. Chapter 3
2. End of Chapter 6 (The Underwhere)
3. Beat the game/beat final boss

If you are in one of these places, then you shouldn't have Tippi because:

1. Francis took her
2. She didn't come to the Under where with you
3. She combinded with Blumire to save all the worlds. You can buy a model of Tippi (Tipitron) that says the same things she says, few exceptions. The price is 999 coins. You can get Tipitron from Francis.

If you are in none of these places, then you should see if:

1. The Sensor Bar is set up correctly.
2. Nothing is blocking the light coming from the Wii 'Mote (e.x. Light, table, people etc.).
3. The Wii 'Mote is working properly.

If this doesn't help you, then I can't help you.

It's a possibility that you are in an area where you must work without Tippi, or you beat the game already. If you are in an area where you can't work with Tippi, I have no advice. But if you have beaten the game, to get something similar to Tippi, get 999 coins. Yes, easier to say than do, I know. Then go to Francis from I think Chapter 3 or 4. Enter the room where you faced him. And then you can buy a replica of Tippi that works and acts the same way as Tippi. It's called Tiptron. It costs 999 coins...There you go! Hope it helps!
