What I did was run out towards the Gearmo so you can see all of the boxes and I chucked one fireball between the two stacks of boxes on the very left and it got all of that row. Then I moved on to the next row, and the next row, etc. Basically, use as little firepower as you can, but take out as much as you can with it. I still had about 2 seconds left on the clock though, so they cut it really tight, but it can be done.
