I think the reason why nobody answered is that grandmaster galaxy is on super mario galaxy two, not one. But luckily I beat the whole game so I'll tell you. You have to get all the comet medals and stars. Then you have to get the star and comet medal on grand master galaxy itself. After, a comet should appear. Beat the comet (the perfect run), dare devil comet, and you will beat the entire game.
