How do I unlock the characters after Babylon Story?

I've beaten the Heroes and Babylon story...but I don't know how to unlock the charcters after that...Can someone help?

You have to beat complete all missions to unlock Nights, Amigo, and Billy Hatcher. For Super Sonic you have to get Extreme Rank in all missions.
