Will the xbox 360 skylanders work on Xbox 1

We have all of the spyro adventure, swap force, giants for the xbox 360 BUT want to upgrade to a 360 one. Do we have to start over or will they work?

if you had a micerosoft account you had on the Xbox 360 it would transfer all your data. The thing is you have to buy the disks for those games
