My son reset the upgrades on Ninjini. Now when I upgrade her, the upgrades are lost once I take her off the portal. How can I fix this?

You have a problem. If your Nijini factory resets whenever you stop using her, you have an even bigger problem and it is most likely not under warranty if such a warranty exists but at least I know what the problem is. If just the gold resets, I can't help you, but if everything resets on her then it's either a malfunctioning memory card in the figure or a malfunctioning portal. If that is the case and it is the memory card, either get it looked at by someone good with electronics or get a new Ninjini. If it's the portal, you're probably screwed. Sorry for that.
