Question for Skylanders Spyro's Adventure

I am stuck in crystal eye castle killed all the baddies but cannot release the eye. Please help it wont let me out!

This also happened to me. I had to restart chapter and again killed all baddies and the fence dropped on it's own, allowing me to get crystal eye and automatically exit room back to path. Don't know why the first time it didn't do this, but doesn't take long to clear the room a 2nd time. I did change characters but don't remember which ones involved.
