Question for Skylanders Spyro's Adventure

My portal of power won't connnect to the wii, even though we have followed the directions. The red light on the portal blinks but doesn't connect.

Check to see if the portal needs to be re-sync'd. There are directions for it that came with the portal. There's a small button in the battery compartment for the portal as well as the end of the USB nub that goes into the game unit. If the LED on the portal is flashing rapidly, then they are sync'ing; once it stops flashing, the sync is complete.

Same happened with me. Tried everything but failed. Then I removed the metal stand on which I had placed my Wii Console and hey presto the portal sync'd without any problems.Hope this helps.

Same thing for me. I even tried re-organizing my chords and put everything in the middle of the room so that there was no interference and still nothing. I'm angry...

just plug the portal into the back of your Wii im just 9 so if it doesn't work don't blame me I just know a bit of info

This wont work for me the light flashes rapidly on the usb and the portal the goes back to normal fashing if anyone can help I will be very grateful.
