We have 11 sklanders and can play the game with them all but when we look on the "My skylanders section on the gane it says we only have 7. Why is this?

The Skylanders that it is saying you don't have was played on another system go to manage it and click the own button then hit yes and it will then state that you have it
That is corect I have 20 and I have do it and wola ok he say you have 20 skylander
