We have 11 skylanders abd can play with them all on the game but when you look in the "My skylanders section on the game it says we only have 7. Why is this? 4 of them were second hand off ebay!!!!!!!!!!!

If you got them off EBAY then you won't have ownership of them.Go to the character stats and press OWNERSHIP it will say "Do you want to take ownership of this skylander" press the YES button.Hope that helps.
