Alright... I have spent probably an entire week searching the internet for an answer and have found nothing Regardless of what port (Wii, Iphone, SNES,) I have found no answer to my question which is...
How in the hell do I get the casino?
Before anybody says: "Build a bunch of road", I'm going to say I have. Unfortunately, in the gift box icon, the question mark, I have only seen the amusement park available. I do not see a way to make the casino appear, and have done this with around fifty different city attempts.
How do I get the casino to appear in the gift queue?
