It's about secret files 2

I'm stuck when Nina is get a note when her suitcase is missing. I can't understand the note. If I can't understands the note, I can't find the where the suitcase is. Please tell me where the place is. That would be great if anyone know it. Thank you. Smile

The ufo needs the roller skate wheels then you push the ufo over to the window after you clean it you can see another note.
