Ok in Episode 4 level 3 please tell me where the last medallion is or one of them is lol. I know there are 8 and me and my mom only have 7 of the 8 and have been through it 3 times. Please and thank you!!!

On the roof, next to super scooby snacks and the courage is a medallion. Enjoy!

It's on the screen with the 2nd set of roll-up doors almost to the end of the level. You have to do the level in "explore" mode, so that you can switch to Shaggy to open the door (the green glowing circle). If you listen to the background music, it changes when you are near a medallion.
Go down by the metal gate n attack jump on the green glowing mushrooms on the left of the gate in the cornercorner
