Question for Scooby Doo! and the Spooky Swamp

We are at the point where El Scariyachi is chasing Shaggy and Scooby down a hill and it says loading, but it never gets past this. This is the third disc of this game I have purchased and all three get stuck at this same point. Am I doing something wrong? Why won't it stop loading and continue on into the game?

It's because you got caught by the monster (I can't spell the monster's name right) and your starting all over again. That is why it's saying loading. I got confused on that part too but then I noticed I was starting over again. Here's a hint try to dodge the cactus, jump over the pipes and jump over the bricks or wood or what ever it is.
