Swamp Sandwiches:
1. Over the first dog door in Suji's Trail
2. Through the second dog door in Suji's Trail
3. By the mattress and slide in Suji's Trail
4. Behind the patterned door by Lila's first cauldron
5. Under the bridge in the marshlands
6. At the end of the high up obstacle course in the Lost Village
7. Through the high up door just past sandwich number 6
8. Down the hill on the pier just before Lila's Lair

Howling Peaks: The sandwiches are more complicated here. My advice is to just go into any log cabin you can find, because that is where they are located. There is also one in Dustin's kitchen.

Howling Peaks Medallions:
1. In the chalet, over the moose head in cabin 1
2. On an ice island in the Chase
3. On another ice island in the Chase
4. In the locked cabin to the left of the yeti cabin
5. On an ice island by Dustin's office
6. Behind the staircase in the chalet attic
7. On top of the Daphne pole past the second bridge in the Dark Forest
8. On the roof of the clock tower in Howling Village

I agree, my last medallion was on top of the shop with the spiders in it. You have to go around the back to the right, then carefully navigate the roof to the foreground. Still struggling with a sandwich or two in Howling Peaks and El Muncho; I have played through this long ago and forgotten some locations!
