How do I get dustin out of the toilet near the logging cabin. I have the key but not sure how to get to crane

The crane's next to the toilet that Dustin is stuck in. If you have the key from his office, you should be able to walk up to the crane (on the right from Dustin) and press the circle(on PS2) to activate the machine.
